? We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Inventory Management & Material Processing

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance team, with strong expertise in Inventory Management, Material Consumption, Accounts Payable, and large-data analysis.

? Position: Assistant Manager – Inventory Management

? Experience: 5–8 years (preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, manufacturing, or a similar industry)

? Key Skills: Advanced Excel, Inventory Control, Material Reconciliation & Financial Analysis

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, ageing, slow-moving and obsolete inventory, and ensure accurate inventory accounting.
- Material Processing: Oversee material transactions, consumption booking, GRN processing, stock transfers, material reconciliation, and consumption analysis.
- Consumption & Cost Analysis: Analyse material consumption against revenue, test volumes, budgets, and historical trends; identify unusual variances and cost-saving opportunities.
- Accounts Payable: Coordinate vendor invoice processing, purchase order and GRN matching, vendor reconciliations, and timely resolution of invoice discrepancies.
- Data Analytics & MIS: Work with large datasets using advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query,



and other data-analysis tools to prepare meaningful MIS reports.
- Financial Controls: Identify stock discrepancies, consumption leakages, process gaps, and potential financial risks; drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Audit & Compliance: Support physical stock verification, inventory audits, documentation, and implementation of robust financial controls.
- Reporting: Develop periodic dashboards covering inventory ageing, material consumption, stock adjustments, vendor outstanding, and key operational KPIs.

Candidate Profile✅ Robust command of Advanced Excel and handling large datasets. ✅ Good understanding of inventory accounting, material consumption, and accounts payable processes.

✅ Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and financial leakages.

✅ Strong reconciliation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

✅ Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics will be an advantage.
