Role Description The Assistant / Associate Agency Manager – Health Insurance is a full-time, in office role based in Udaipur. The position involves developing and managing a network of insurance advisors and partners to drive health insurance sales in the region. The role includes prospecting and onboarding new advisors, providing training and guidance on products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements, and supporting them in achieving their business targets.

The individual will monitor sales performance, analyze market opportunities, and implement local sales initiatives aligned with company strategy. Regular reporting,



coordination with branch and regional teams, and maintaining strong customer and advisor relationships are key aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development capabilities, including experience in target-driven environments and relationship management.
- Knowledge of health insurance products, basic underwriting concepts, and regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance sector.
- Ability to recruit, train, and mentor advisors or channel partners, with skills in coaching, performance management, and team collaboration.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in presenting product features and resolving customer queries.
- Comfort with using digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems for reporting, data analysis, and lead management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; relevant insurance certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in health or general insurance, banking, or financial services, preferably in agency or channel management roles.
- Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, with readiness for local travel to meet advisors, partners, and customers as required.
