About the Role

Revigro Marketing is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Art Director to lead creative concepts, visual storytelling, branding, and digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have robust conceptualization skills, leadership abilities, and prior agency experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead creative direction and conceptualization for branding, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Develop innovative visual concepts aligned with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
- Guide, mentor, and supervise graphic designers and visualizers.
- Oversee the design and execution of social media creatives, digital ads, and marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and client servicing teams.
- Ensure creative consistency, quality, and timely project delivery.




- Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Art Direction or Creative Leadership.
- Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency experience is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent conceptualization, visualization, branding, and storytelling skills.
- Proven experience in team management and creative direction.
- Strong understanding of digital campaigns, social media, and performance marketing creatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong creative portfolio is mandatory.
