Role Description The Area Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hasnabad. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the assigned area, ensuring that service standards, quality targets, and performance goals are consistently met.

The Area

Manager will monitor branch or site activities, coordinate with local teams, manage schedules, and support efficient execution of consultancy projects. The position involves regular reporting on performance metrics, addressing operational issues, implementing process improvements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience managing operations or teams in a defined territory or area, preferably within consultancy, services, or related sectors.
- Robust organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple sites or projects, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and local stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify issues, and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Comfort working on-site in Hasnabad, with the flexibility to travel within the area as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email tools) and familiarity with reporting and documentation practices.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability, with a focus on safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
