Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Delhi, India. The Architect will participate in all project phases, including concept development, schematic design, detailed drawings, and coordination with consultants and contractors. Day-to-day activities include preparing architectural plans and 3D visualizations, selecting materials and finishes with a focus on sustainability and local craftsmanship, and ensuring design intent is maintained through documentation and site supervision.





The role involves collaborating closely with the principal architect, project teams, and clients to translate client briefs into timeless, contextually relevant design solutions. The Architect will also support project scheduling, coordination meetings, and quality control to deliver high-end, functional, and luxurious spaces.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, detailing and working drawings and BOQ.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination with vendors, and overseeing timelines and deliverables.
- Candidates should be proficient in design and documentation software-AutoCAD and sketchup) and visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with relevant skilled experience in residential and/or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design practices, materials, and construction methods, especially in the Indian context.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to design quality.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulatory approvals, and site coordination in India is highly beneficial.
