Position Overview (Job Summary):

The role is responsible for supporting NCR Aloha POS applications and restaurant technology platforms, including POS terminals, Back of House (BOH) systems, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), kiosks, payment devices, and related peripherals. The resource will troubleshoot POS transactions, pricing/promotions, End-of-Day (EOD) processing, menu configurations, payment integrations, and restaurant system availability while supporting technology upgrades and rollouts.

A. Key Responsibilities:

- Support NCR Aloha POS software, POS terminals, and restaurant technology platforms.
- Troubleshoot order processing, pricing, promotions, discounts, and transaction failures.
- Resolve End-of-Day (EOD) processing and sales reporting issues.
- Troubleshoot menu configuration, item availability, and store setup issues.
- Support BOH, KDS, kiosks, payment devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Diagnose integration/interface issues between Aloha POS and payment processors.
- Monitor restaurant systems for availability and performance.

B. Additional Responsibilities:

- Support restaurant technology upgrades and rollouts.
- Participate in technology lifecycle management activities.
- Troubleshoot POS hardware and peripheral-related issues.
- Support payment processing integrations associated with the Aloha POS setting.
