As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and application requirements. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving requirements are also key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that the solutions remain relevant and effective.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Security.
- Experience with SAP authorization concepts and role design.
- Knowledge of SAP security policies and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and processes.
- Ability to analyze and resolve security-related issues within SAP environments.
- Solid understanding of user access management and segregation of duties.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
