Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AEM Support Engineer to manage and support Adobe Experience Manager environments, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain infrastructure stability across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support AEM on-premises and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Configure and troubleshoot Apache Web Server and AEM Dispatcher.
- Monitor production systems, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
- Support deployments, upgrades, backups, and performance optimization.
- Manage Azure infrastructure, DNS, networking, load balancing, and failover.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.

Mandatory Skills
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/CQ) administration and production support.
- AEM on-premises and AEMaaCS.




- Apache Web Server and Dispatcher.
- Azure cloud infrastructure, DNS, and networking.
- SQL/MySQL fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Incident management, monitoring, and root cause analysis.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Akamai CDN.
- Datadog, Recent Relic, Splunk, or OpsGenie.
- LDAP/SAML integration.
- AEM administration, deployment, and DevOps practices.
- AEM or DevOps certification.
