Job Title: AI/ML Intern

Duration: 3-month Internship

VRT Management Group is a vibrant entrepreneurial consulting company that helps businesses grow and innovate. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated AI and ML Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Understanding and Improvement

- Work with different VRT departments to understand their daily activities, business processes, and challenges.
- Identify repetitive, time-consuming, or inefficient tasks and proactively suggest ways to simplify, improve, or automate them.

2. AI Research and Tool Evaluation

- Research and explore new AI tools, automation platforms, and technologies that can improve VRT's business operations and consulting services.
- Test and compare tools based on their usefulness, accuracy, cost, ease of use, and ability to meet business needs.

3. AI and Workflow Automation Development

- Design, build, and implement approved AI-powered workflows and automations to reduce manual work and improve productivity.
- Connect business applications and automate routine activities such as data entry, reporting, research, follow-ups, and information sharing.

4. Automation Testing and Continuous Improvement

- Test automated processes to ensure they work correctly, produce accurate results, and meet business requirements.

5. Documentation, Reporting and Team Support





- Document AI tools, automation workflows, implementation steps, and results in a clear, organized format.
- Share automation ideas and progress updates, measure improvements such as time saved, and help employees use newly implemented AI solutions effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Recent graduate in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, explore, and experiment with new tools.
- Ability to assess and select the most suitable tools, with strong communication skills to explain their usefulness and application.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documenting and sharing findings effectively.
- Basic understanding of AI applications is a plus.
