We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts and Taxation Manager to oversee and manage our organization’s accounting, taxation, and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, coupled with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- GST Returns: Prepare and file GST returns promptly, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- TDS Returns: Handle the preparation and submission of TDS returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements.
- Payroll Accounting: Manage payroll accounting processes, including salary disbursement, deductions, and reporting
- PF and ESI Returns: Prepare and file PF and ESI returns, ensuring all statutory obligations are met.
- Conduct regular audits of financial and statutory records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities as required.




- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments in company practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or equivalent professional qualifications (CA Inter/ICWA Inter).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts and taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
