Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our Finance & Accounting team as BPO Accounting Executives. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with reconciliations. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with invoice processing, verification, and documentation.
- Support bank reconciliations and account reconciliation activities.
- Assist in maintaining ledgers and updating financial transactions.
- Help prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Identify and report discrepancies in financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve routine accounting queries.
- Follow established accounting procedures and maintain data confidentiality.
- Meet assigned productivity, accuracy,



quality, and turnaround time targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn accounting tools, software, and client-specific processes.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ADP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of US accounting practices is an added advantage but not mandatory.
