Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated, empathetic, and student-focused Female Academic Counsellor to join our team at Sector 85, Faridabad.

Important Eligibility Requirements:

- This is a full-time, work-from-office position at our Sector 85, Faridabad location.
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in student counselling and education.

The ideal candidate will guide students and parents in understanding our educational programs, identifying suitable learning opportunities, and making informed academic decisions. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy interacting with students and parents, building relationships, and helping learners explore opportunities in STEM, AI, robotics, and coding.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Counselling: Provide personalized academic guidance to students based on their interests, abilities, learning needs, and educational goals.
- Parent Interaction: Communicate with parents and guardians to explain available programs, address queries, and highlight the advantages of technology-driven education.
- Course Guidance:



Recommend suitable courses and learning programs in STEM, robotics, artificial intelligence, coding, and related areas.
- Enquiry Management: Handle incoming student and parent enquiries, follow up with prospective learners, and maintain explicit communication throughout the counselling process.
- Student Engagement: Build positive relationships with students and encourage participation in educational programs.
- Academic Planning: Help students identify their strengths, establish academic goals, and explore relevant educational and career pathways.
- Workshops and Seminars: Assist in organizing counselling sessions, educational workshops, orientation programs, and information sessions.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enquiries, counselling sessions, follow-ups, and enrolment-related information.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with teachers, trainers, admissions teams, and program managers to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Follow-Up and Support: Follow up with interested students and parents, respond to queries, and provide timely information about courses and programs.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on educational trends, emerging technologies, and career opportunities to provide relevant guidance.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with students and parents.
- A student-centric attitude and a genuine interest in education and career development.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
- Basic proficiency in computers, email, spreadsheets, and documentation.




- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, approachable, and skilled attitude.
- Ability to handle student information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in academic counselling, educational counselling, admissions counselling, student support, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Experience interacting with parents and students in schools, colleges, coaching institutes, or EdTech organizations is desirable.
- Familiarity with STEM education, robotics, coding, AI programs, or technology-based learning is an added advantage.
- Freshers based in Faridabad with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
