We are a bootstrapped, profitable Bengaluru company with a 10-year track record and a team of 150+ people. We sell across Amazon, our own website, quick commerce and offline retail, and we are now building water softeners, whole-house systems, a customer app, experience retail outlets and a new factory. The Founder's Office works directly with the Founder & CEO on the company's highest-priority projects. This is an internship-to-full-time path: strong performers will be offered a full time role.

About the role
This is a product and marketing role. You will run digital marketing, do analytics on campaigns, work hands-on on product launches, and train our teams on new products. You need a sharp eye for detail and design. What you will do
• Plan and run digital marketing, including Meta Ads and other performance campaigns, and content for Amazon, our website and quick commerce
• Work hands-on on product launches: positioning,



launch checklists, creatives, listings and go-to-market plans
• Create product training material and train sales, retail and customer service teams
• Research customers, competitors and reviews, and turn what you find into clear recommendations
• Help define features and user flows for the WaterScience customer app Must have
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, including Meta Ads
• A keen eye for detail and design, with experience in Canva, Figma or similar tools
• Strong writing and structured thinking
• Advanced Excel / Google sheets skills
• A portfolio or sample work: a campaign, creative, content piece, product teardown or research report Good to have
• Experience with Amazon or Shopify
• Video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
• Experience using AI tools to speed up research and content How we will evaluate you Expect a review of your portfolio and a short task, such as a product teardown or a launch brief for one of our products.
