Responsibilities
• Create/ curate content for employee and customer communication channels
• Publish employee and customer newsletters
- Develop story ideas, conduct interviews, manage content pipeline
• Create content for websites, social media pages, print and digital ads, marketing literature and collaterals
• Author case studies and whitepapers
• Interface with visualisers and graphic designers
• Style check and quality assurance of all content Qualifications
• Masters in mass communication, journalism or equivalent Key Skill Sets
• Adaptable writing style
• Ability to understand and present technical content Behavioral Competencies
• Project management and people skills
• Eye for detail, ability to multi-task and deliver quality under pressure Experience
• 5-10 years
• Candidates with feature writing or marketing/ corporate communication experience will have an edge
