Location:
Udaipur, Rajasthan Travel: Frequent travel across India We are currently hiring for two functions: (1) Sales / Business Development and (2) Logistics / Customer Support. Final role allocation will be based on the candidate’s aptitude, experience, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Sales / Business Development
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, dealers, builders, hotels, and institutional clients.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and site visits across India.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Identify new business opportunities and gather market intelligence. Logistics / Customer Support
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Track shipments, deliveries, and customer orders while maintaining accurate records.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders,



timelines, and documentation.
• Prepare invoices, dispatch documents, and logistics reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Work closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to resolve customer and logistics issues.
• Support process improvements to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction. Required Skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Design aptitude and an eye for aesthetics, layouts, materials, and customer preferences.
• Willingness to travel extensively within India.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in furniture, hospitality, architecture, interiors, building materials, or related industries.
• Ability to prepare professional presentations and basic business reports.
• Fluency in English and Hindi. We value curiosity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset over years of experience alone.
