Job Title General Manager Level Senior Management Qualification & Experience
• Qualified CA with 15–18 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably with significant experience in a managerial/leadership role.
• Experience in managing a sizeable finance team and working with senior management.
• Exposure to ERP systems, MIS and finance process automation is preferred Function Finance & Accounts Location Head Office, Chennai Role Objective To lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring solid financial governance, accurate reporting, statutory compliance, effective financial controls, cash-flow management, and business-focused financial decision support. Principal Accountability Financial Planning & Reporting
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Analyse financial performance against budgets and business plans.
• Provide meaningful MIS and financial insights to senior management. Accounting & Financial Control
• Oversee accounting operations, month-end and year-end closing.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
• Review receivables, payables, provisions, accruals and reconciliations. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable direct and indirect tax requirements.
• Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements. Audit & Governance
• Coordinate internal, statutory and tax audits.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Establish and monitor appropriate financial controls and governance mechanisms.




• Support risk identification and mitigation from a finance perspective. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
• Monitor cash flows, working capital and liquidity requirements.
• Ensure effective management of banking relationships.
• Review fund requirements and optimise utilisation of available resources. Business Finance & Decision Support
• Provide financial analysis for business decisions, investments and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate costs, profitability and financial impact of business proposals.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvement. Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
• Define objectives, KPIs and performance expectations.
• Build a strong culture of accountability, compliance and continuous improvement. Process Improvement & Digitalisation
• Drive automation and standardisation of finance processes.
• Improve MIS, reporting systems and financial dashboards.
