About The Role

NET to build and scale Leadrat’s flagship Presales CRM, LeadratBlack.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using C# and ASP.
NET Core.
• Work with EF Core, PostgreSQL and Redis for high-performance applications.
• Design and maintain multi-tenant SaaS systems.
• Build background jobs, queues and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Review code, maintain engineering standards and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, QA and DevOps teams.
• Work on AI-powered features and leverage AI coding tools. Must-Have Skills
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in C#/.
NET.
• Strong ASP.




NET Core Web API and REST API experience.
• Good knowledge of EF Core, PostgreSQL and SQL optimization.
• Experience with Redis/distributed caching.
• Strong understanding of async programming and concurrency.
• Experience with Azure or any major cloud platform.
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID and design patterns.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and unit/integration testing.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills. Valuable to Have
• Multi-tenant SaaS experience.
• Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Hangfire or similar.
• Docker/Kubernetes/AKS exposure.
• Experience with LLM APIs, MCP or AI-powered products.
• CRM, ERP, marketplace or real-estate domain experience.
