Key Responsibilities
• Ensure team adherence to brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
• Lead campaign briefings and translate them into solid creative direction.
• Drive creative strategy and ideation for campaigns and pitches.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design concepts.
• Create and oversee high-quality visual assets across platforms.
• Maintain design excellence by reviewing and refining team output.
• Provide creative direction for presentations and client deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for design escalations.
• Oversee pre-production and production processes, including shoots.




• Lead pitch execution with strong conceptual and visual storytelling.
• Drive innovation through trends, research, and new technologies.
• Mentor, manage, and develop high-performing design teams.

Skills:
• 6–8 years of experience in design (digital agency preferred).
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, motion design, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D design, animation, and advanced tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.).
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to lead large campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to sell creative ideas and align them with business goals.
