• Oversee recruitment for managerial, technical, and shop-floor roles.
• Build strong pipelines for skilled labor and technical specialists.
• Lead leadership development, vocational training, and skill enhancement initiatives. Performance & Capability Development
• Establish appraisal systems tailored to manufacturing KPIs.
• Lead training in safety, lean manufacturing, and leadership development.
• Continuous training for technical upskilling and automation readiness.
• Promote career mobility across plants and functions. Industrial Relations & Compliance
• Lead union negotiations, wage settlements,



and collective bargaining.
• Ensure compliance with excise laws, labor regulations, and safety standards.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and workforce disputes.
