• Cloud-native infrastructure
- Container orchestration, service mesh, automated certificate management, and network configuration
• Event-driven architecture
- Asynchronous, eventually consistent systems with distributed coordination
• Security & authentication
- OAuth2/OpenID Connect SSO integration across all platform components
• Microservices using the backend platform to provide valuable features for customers like AI integration, etc.
• Comprehensive testing
