MBBS, MD, DNB

Experience:
0-1 year Duty / Shift: 8 hours + Emergency Leaves (monthly): 04 weekly offs + 12 CL till consultant on MG + other leaves as per hospital policy Convenient time to call: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM Skills Required
• Comprehensive management of critically ill patients in ICU/HDU
• Ventilator Management & Advanced Respiratory Support
• Sepsis, Shock & Multi-Organ Failure Management
• Hemodynamic Monitoring & Critical Care Procedures
• Central Line, Arterial Line & Other ICU Procedures
• ACLS/BLS & Emergency Management
• Infection Prevention & Control Practices
• Clinical Documentation & NABH Compliance
• ICU Protocol Development & Implementation
• Clinical Audit, Patient Safety & Risk Management
• Multidisciplinary Team Coordination
