We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Manager to support the implementation of a digital solution for third-party due diligence and risk assessment. This will a 6-month contract role. Only APPLY if you are ok for a 6-month Contract. The role will be responsible for coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing project timelines and deliverables, supporting solution implementation, overseeing testing and data migration, and ensuring a smooth go-live and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
• Manage day-to-day activities of the project and ensure delivery as per agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with Compliance, IT, Procurement, Sales and other business teams.
• Track project milestones, actions, dependencies and key deliverables.
• Identify project risks and issues and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
• Organise project meetings and prepare regular status updates for senior stakeholders. Solution Implementation
• Work with business teams and the technology/vendor team to understand requirements.
• Support functional discussions and translate business requirements into implementation needs.
• Coordinate solution configuration and ensure alignment with business processes.
• Support the preparation and execution of testing and user acceptance activities. Data & Testing
• Coordinate the collection, preparation and migration of third-party data.
• Ensure data quality and resolve data-related issues during implementation.
• Track testing results, defects and corrective actions.
• Coordinate business sign-off before go-live. Change Management & Go-Live
• Support user adoption and change-management activities.
• Develop or coordinate user guides and training materials.
• Organise user training and provide support during implementation.




• Coordinate go-live activities and post-go-live stabilisation. Reporting & Governance
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards and risk/action registers.
• Prepare project status reports and management presentations.
• Track key decisions, dependencies and actions through to closure.
• Support project closure and documentation. Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, transformation or business/technology implementation projects.
• Experience managing SaaS, digital or compliance-related solution implementations.
• Experience with third-party due diligence, screening, risk management or compliance solutions is preferred.
• Strong experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and external technology/vendor partners.
• Positive understanding of project planning, testing, data migration and change-management activities.
• Strong skills in project tracking, reporting and stakeholder communication. Key Skills
