The candidate will be responsible for managing bank relationships, driving life insurance business through the banking channel, and achieving sales targets by coordinating with bank staff and branch teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and strengthen relationships with bank branches and banking partners.Drive life insurance sales through the bancassurance channel.Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.Coordinate with bank employees to generate quality leads and convert them into business.Conduct product training and sales support activities for bank staff.Ensure proper follow-up with customers and timely policy issuance.Maintain strong relationships with branch managers and other key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.Candidate RequirementsMandatory: Prior experience in the Life Insurance industry.Experience in the bancassurance channel will be preferred.Valuable communication, relationship management, and sales skills.Ability to achieve business targets and manage banking relationships.Knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes.Candidates from other industries without life insurance experience will not be considered.Intrested candidate can contact us on:-
