About the RoleWe are looking for a smart, analytical, curious, and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Analyst Trainee.This role is ideal for a recent graduate with strong numerical and analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Excel, and agenuine interest in building a career in equity markets, financial markets, trading, and investment analysis.The selected candidate will work closely with senior team members and gain practical exposure to financial markets,market data, trading methodologies, and the psychology and discipline involved in investment and trading decisions.Key Responsibilities• Collect, organize, maintain, and analyze financial, market, and business data using MS Excel.• Track and study equity markets, stocks, commodities, market trends, and other relevant financial information.• Assist senior team members with market analysis, research, reporting, and documentation.• Prepare structured reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytical summaries to support decision-making.• Develop an understanding of technical, fundamental, and quantitative approaches to market analysis.• Learn trading platforms, market tools, financial products, risk management, and trading psychology.• Continuously improve Excel, data-analysis, financial-market, and analytical skills.• Take ownership of assigned work and demonstrate curiosity, initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail.Candidate Profile• Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.• Strong to advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.• Good understanding of mathematics, numbers, percentages, ratios, and data interpretation.• Basic understanding of equity markets,
