Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Support new product development from concept to launch.

Coordinate with R&D;, production, quality, sales, and purchase teams.

Collect and analyze market data, customer feedback, and product performance.

Assist in preparing product presentations, reports, and marketing documentation.

Coordinate product samples, testing, trials, and launch schedules.

Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market positioning.

Maintain product development records and project status reports.

Support cost analysis, product improvement, and process optimization.

Ensure timely completion of assigned NDP activities.

Required Qualifications

Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred.

2-4 years of experience in marketing, product development, or a related role.





Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical, planning, and coordination abilities.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Experience in a manufacturing or automotive industry is an added advantage.
