Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a reliable and organised person to handle daily packing, inventory and dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack products securely and neatly to prevent damage during delivery.

- Check product quality, quantity and order details before packing.

- Print and attach shipping labels and invoices.

- Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and dispatch.

- Maintain daily stock records and update inventory after inward and outward movements.

- Receive, count and organise incoming products.

- Handle returned products and report damaged or missing items.

- Keep the packing and storage areas clean and organised.

- Coordinate with the team for smooth daily order processing.

Requirements

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.

- Ability to read order details and maintain accurate records.





- Attention to detail, punctuality and a responsible approach.

- Freshers are welcome; packing or e-commerce operations experience is preferred.
