### About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter experienced in handling recruitment for SMEs, particularly in technical, engineering, and manufacturing industries. The role involves managing the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening to client coordination, database management, and recruitment billing follow-ups.

### Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.

- Shortlisting & Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and salary expectations.

- Preliminary Interviews: Conduct qualification calls to assess candidate suitability, communication, current and expected salary, notice period, and interest in the role.

- Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients on job requirements, candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups.

- Recruitment Database Management: Maintain updated records of candidates, resumes, client requirements, interview status, and recruitment activity.

- Invoicing & Payment Tracking: Prepare recruitment invoices, maintain billing records, and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.

- Recruitment Operations:



Track open positions, candidate pipelines, interview progress, and closures to ensure timely delivery.

### Desired Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in SMEs, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors.

- Exposure to hiring for roles such as production, quality, maintenance, design, sales, service, technicians, engineers, supervisors, and other junior or mid-level positions.

- Comfortable sourcing candidates independently and conducting preliminary screening calls.

- Good client coordination, follow-up, and database management skills.

- Basic knowledge of Excel, job portals, recruitment trackers, and invoicing processes.

- Practical, organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

### What We Are Looking For

A recruiter who can independently manage day-to-day recruitment activities, understand SME client requirements, maintain disciplined follow-ups, and support the complete recruitment lifecycle.
