Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter customer details and banking information into the bank's computer system.

- Maintain and update customer records, account information, and transaction-related data.

- Verify documents such as KYC, Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account details.

- Process application forms for savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and other banking products.

- Check data accuracy and correct errors or missing information.

- Maintain digital records, files, reports, and daily data entry sheets.

- Support the bank's operations and back-office team.

- Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and follow banking procedures.
