The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.The candidate should have strong communication skills, good follow-up abilities, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.### Key Responsibilities* Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.* Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.* Coordinate and schedule virtual and face-to-face interviews with candidates and interview panels.* Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.* Coordinate with Branch Heads, Department Heads, and Management regarding manpower requirements.* Maintain and regularly update the Recruitment Tracker / ATS.* Manage candidate documentation, offer discussions, LOI, appointment formalities, and joining coordination.* Ensure timely closure of open positions as per recruitment requirements.* Maintain a database of active and potential candidates for future requirements.* Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on sourcing, interviews, selections,
