Job DescriptionLocation: RR Nagar, BengaluruPosition: Accounts & Admin Executive (Full-time)About the Role:We are looking for a reliable Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounts, inventory, and office work for our Speech and Hearing clinic. You will handle patient billing, wholesale/retail hearing aid stock, staff attendance, and basic clinic upkeep.Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Accounts (Marg ERP)Generate bills in Marg ERP for tests (Audiometry, Speech Therapy), direct patients, and wholesale sales.Collect payments (Cash, Card, UPI) and handle petty cash.Maintain basic ledgers, vendor bills, and daily accounts.k & InventoryKeep track of hearing aids, batteries, and accessories in Marg ERP.Manage both retail stock (for clinic patients) and wholesale orders.Send hearing aids for repair/servicing and track their return.n & AssetsKeep track of clinic equipment (hearing test machines, computers,



furniture).Monitor staff login/logout times and leave records.Maintain basic cleanliness and smooth daily operation of the clinic.RequirementsEducation: , BBA, or equivalent degree.Experience: 1-3 years in billing and accounts (experience in a clinic, hospital, or small shop is preferred).Software: Good working knowledge of Marg ERP (Mandatory) and MS Excel.Skills: Honest, organized, positive communication skills, and punctual.Hours Timings: Monday to Saturday, 11:00am to 8:00pm
