The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and the flexibility to work in US shifts with rotational weekly offs.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls professionally.Communicate effectively with international customers and provide accurate information and assistance.Understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and provide appropriate solutions.Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.Handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in the system.Follow company policies, process guidelines,
