The role is responsible for ensuring that measurement and testing equipment operates accurately and effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Calibrate Equipment: Regularly check and adjust instruments and equipment to ensure they produce accurate measurements. This helps maintain quality standards.- Documentation: Maintain explicit and detailed records of calibration processes, results, and any adjustments made. This ensures compliance and easy reference.- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to equipment performance. This involves investigating discrepancies and determining necessary repairs or recalibrations.- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers and team members to understand specific calibration needs. Collaboration facilitates effective problem-solving and project completion.- Quality Assurance:
