We are looking for a friendly and helpful Airport Information Desk Associate to assist travelers at our Kanpur Chakeri, Airport. This full-time position is ideal for freshers who have completed their 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Information: Assist passengers by giving accurate information about flights, terminal facilities, and airport services.

- Address Queries: Answer questions from travelers regarding travel requirements, airport navigation, and connecting flights.

- Support Services: Help coordinate with other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations and passenger assistance.

- Maintain Desk Operations: Keep the information desk tidy and stocked with necessary materials, such as maps and brochures.

- Handle Complaints: Listen to passenger concerns and work towards resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have excellent communication skills to interact positively with travelers. Being approachable and friendly is essential, as you will be the first point of contact for many passengers.



Effective problem-solving skills are also important to address inquiries and concerns.
