This role is three things in one: find the interior work inside our own customer base, design it, and then stand on site until it is built properly.

Understand what the family actually wants - how they live, what they will spend, what matters to them - and design to that, not to a catalogue.
Produce the drawings: space plans, furniture layouts, electrical and lighting, false ceilings, 2D and 3D.
Prepare the BOQ, get vendor pricing, and hold the project to the budget you quoted.
Degree or diploma in interior design or interior architecture.
~3 to 5 years on residential interiors, end to end - not design only, and not execution only. AutoCAD and SketchUp. Fluent Hindi and Marathi, and able to hold a proper conversation with a customer in English.

You are not cold calling strangers.
Ownership of your projects from first meeting to handover, and a direct line to the founder.
