Job Summary We are looking for a CA-qualified Accounts Manager to manage operational accounting, taxation, payments, collections, reconciliations, compliance, and financial reporting across multiple outlets/units. The role will work closely with outlet teams, auditors, consultants, and management to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operational accounting across outlets/units.
Oversee payments, collections, and timely financial settlements.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment-mode reconciliations.
Ensure timely GST and TDS filings, compliance, and reconciliations.
Manage statutory and internal taxation matters.
Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cost reports, and financial analysis.
Coordinate with outlets on accounting data, discrepancies,



and audit requirements.
Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Review and improve accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
Guide and coordinate with junior accounts/outlet finance teams.

Mandatory Requirements

- CA qualification – Mandatory.
- 4–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Hospitality industry experience – Mandatory.
- Strong operational accounting experience, preferably in a multi-outlet/unit environment.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, payments, and reconciliations.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
