Role: Recruitment Manager (US Healthcare) Location: Remote
Note: We are specifically looking for a US Healthcare Recruitment Manager with hands-on experience handling AYA, Kaiser, and Medefis accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ US healthcare recruiters.
Drive end-to-end recruitment for Travel Nursing and Allied Healthcare positions.
Manage client requirements, submissions, interview coordination, and closures.
Monitor team performance, productivity, KPIs, and recruitment targets.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in US healthcare recruitment and staffing.
- Proven experience managing a team of 15+ recruiters.
- Hands-on experience with AYA, Medefis, and Kaiser client accounts.
- Robust knowledge of MSP/VMS platforms, healthcare staffing workflows, and high-volume hiring.
