The Real Estate Hub is looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. We are seeking a professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations, attract the right talent, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure smooth HR administration in a agile real estate environment.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to candidate selection.

Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

Manage employee exits, exit interviews, and full & final settlement coordination.

Payroll & Attendance Management

Maintain attendance records and prepare monthly payroll reports.

Coordinate with the Accounts Department for timely salary processing.

Employee Engagement & Relations

Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.

Address employee concerns and support grievance resolution.

Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional workplace culture.





HR Operations & Administration

Maintain employee files, HR databases, and MIS reports.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal HR practices.

Maintain employee documentation, ID card records, and HR reports.

Practical understanding of recruitment and interview management.

Knowledge of attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.

Ability to handle employee relations and workplace concerns professionally.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS tools.

Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.
