Builds and owns the long-term relationship (through proactive and reactive engagement) between Agoda and their strategic and/or key accounts (comprised of top producing partners).

- Be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the performance of their accounts, typically from a portfolio of the top producing properties for the country
- Proactively engages Agoda's supply partners, utilizing exemplary Strategic Account Management (SAM) approaches and practices to drive mutual growth and maximize value.
- Actively manages supply partners, providing consultative services and tailor-made solutions to hotel partners to improve mutual revenue growth.
- Demonstrates a data driven and consultative approach to prioritizing tasks and delivering pitches that lead to high conversion for each hotel partner.
- Can handle both input and output KPIs and achieve their individual KPIs with minimal supervision from an Area Manager.

Bachelor’s degree ,



Master’s degree is a plus

- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development and/or account management
- Experience in OTA, fast-paced tech environments, e-commerce preferred
- Strong analytical acumen with proven data-driven problem-solving skills
- Proven success in acquiring, building & maintaining long-term customer relationships

Proficiency in English and Hindi - oral & written
