Position: Senior Production Support /Azure DevOps Engineer/ Site reliability Engineer Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Immediate joiners , 15-20 days notice period

This role focuses on application reliability, cloud operations, and observability

At least 5 years of strong experience in Production Support / DevOps roles within enterprise environments.

- Hands-on experience supporting Java applications, including troubleshooting and log analysis .
- Experience with Unix/Linux systems is a good-to-have.
- Experience supporting APIs and service-based architectures.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including:

Azure Kubernetes (AKS)

Azure Cosmos DB

Azure SQL Server

Azure Static Web Apps

Proficiency in SQL

- Experience with GitHub
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and operational workflows.
- Experience with Monitoring and Observability tools, preferably Dynatrace.
- Experience with Snowflake is a positive to have (available to upskill)
- Execute and support DevOps processes, including deployments, releases,



and environment validation.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow.
- Azure Cloud

Azure Kubernetes service ,
Azure Cosmos DB ,
Azure SQL Server,
CI/CD Tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps)
Monitoring & Logging Tools (Dynatrace, Control-M, ServiceNow, Confluence, ADO) or similar Tools
