Role: Full Stack Technical Lead
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Chennai

Role Summary:
Lead the development of the Banker Dashboard and drive future application modernization initiatives, owning architecture, implementation, and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
Own dashboard architecture and implementation.
Define application standards and design patterns.
Lead UI/API modernization initiatives.
Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering teams.

Required Skills
Frontend: React, TypeScript, contemporary web architecture, UI design patterns.
Backend: Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices.
Security: Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth2, RBAC, SSO.
Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Docker, GitLab CI/CD.
Data: SQL, Databricks SQL, API integration.

Preferred Skills
Dashboard platforms and reporting solutions.
GenAI-enabled application development.
