Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems using .NET technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
Ensure accountability for project milestones and delivery
Establish and enforce Git branching strategies (GitFlow / trunk-based), PR review processes, and Coding standards
Identify technical debt, prioritize refactoring, and maintain high code quality standards
Lead a small,



agile development team including ownership of hiring, onboarding, and mentoring
Oversee code quality standards and practices, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the efficient development and deployment of software solutions.
NET development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead or architecture role. Hands-on coding experience must be current, not historical.

- Experience leading and delivering in small teams (3–10 developers)
- Proven experience with backend API development in asp.net core with database (Postgres/SQL server / my SQL)
- Hands-on coding capability is mandatory, as this is not a review-only role.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including deployment and management of cloud-based applications.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, architectural styles, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, and their application in software systems.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
