Training Strategy & Planning
Develop, implement, and continuously enhance training strategies and curricula for new hire and ongoing training.
Create and manage training schedules, training materials, digital learning modules, and LMS-based training programs, ensuring effective deployment and tracking.

Training Delivery & Facilitation
Conduct and lead instructor-led training sessions, both virtual and classroom-based.
Ensure training content aligns with compliance requirements (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, etc.) Manage new hire training batches and ensure completion of all onboarding and training activities.

Performance Evaluation & Feedback
Define assessment criteria, monitor trainee progress, and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
Analyze performance data, identify skill gaps, and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)



to implement targeted learning interventions.

Partner with Operations, Quality, and ER teams to address process challenges through training initiatives.
Incorporate operational feedback, quality insights, and real-life examples into training programs.

Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Skill & Experience

Graduate in any stream
Minimum 1.6 years of experience leading a Training team within an RCM setup.
Strong expertise in end-to-end RCM processes.
Should be open to traveling to other locations as per the business requirement.
Versatile working in rotational shifts as required.
