Sampann Utpadan India Limited is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to support measurable digital growth across acquisition and conversion channels. The role will work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve campaign efficiency, strengthen audience engagement, and contribute to business outcomes across the organisation.

Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
- Track campaign metrics, conversion funnels, budgets, and return on advertising spend.
- Conduct audience, keyword, competitor, and creative analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with content, design, sales, and business teams to develop and improve campaign assets.
- Prepare clear performance reports and recommend data-backed actions for continuous improvement.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, growth marketing, or a related area.
- Comfort with campaign analytics, reporting dashboards, experimentation, and conversion optimisation.
- Strong numerical reasoning, attention to detail, communication skills, and ownership of deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a full time, in-office environment.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Delhi, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹30,000. Candidates who enjoy combining marketing creativity with data-driven decision-making will be well suited to this role.
