As a Senior Process Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

Manage process engineering services that meet Worley', its customers' and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.

Manage process engineering project requirements.

Perform Conceptual / Basic, FEED, and Detailed design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes, and standards.

Prepare explicit and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and - procedures.

Act as the process engineering Lead on Large Projects.

Keep up to date with the latest developments and technical innovations in process engineering.

Assist and support junior personnel within the process engineering team.

Communicate effectively with the process engineering team and project stakeholders, including the Customer.

Maintain close coordination with other engineering disciplines, Planning,



and Project Management Teams, as required.

Prepare, review and (as Lead Engineer) approve Discipline engineering design basis, philosophies, and technical specifications.

Attend project kickoff and review meetings, vendor meetings, engineering meetings, as required.

Provide technical direction and review of Designers producing products related to Process Engineering.

Responsible for checking the following key deliverables, applicable as per the Project scope:

Process simulations / Heat and material balances.

Operating philosophy and startup and operating manuals.

Depressurization and flare network studies.

Electrical load list.

Participate in HAZID, HAZOP/SIL and other safety/operability/reliability studies and workshops.

Lead the Discipline team during project audits (internal, Customer, and third-party technical audits) and Design Reviews.

A recognized Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent.

A recognized Degree in the Chemical Engineering discipline or equivalent.

Minimum 18+ years' experience in Process design Upstream / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery and Chemical projects.

Software Proficiency: Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite / Hysys, FlareNET, Aspen Plus, PipeNET, Pro II, Unisim
