Facility Manager
Leading in office operations
Are you a pro at giving on-site support Working with a team, you'll oversee the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property or facility. You'll also implement building procedures and performance measures—and ensure that they are maintained at all times. Likewise, you'll boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes. As the facilities manager, you'll be working frequently with clients, so you'll need to build strong relationships with them. You will also be the go-to person for any facilities-related concerns.
Do you have a solid background in finance management As the person in charge, you will take care of the site's financial operations. Also part of your job is to coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and make sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract, and at the right cost.

Do you have three to five years' experience of managing a property If so, you will be a perfect fit for the role. You'll also need to be a goal-oriented individual who's an ace in health and safety requirements, vendor management and property technical systems management
