We are currently hiring for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position Role Details:

Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Reporting To: Group CEO / Board

Location: Hybrid

Level: C-Suite / Executive Leadership

Role Overview: This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong combination of technology expertise and commercial leadership . The CTO will be responsible for driving technology strategy, digital transformation, innovation, AI/Data initiatives, engineering excellence, and technology-led business growth across the organization.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of technology leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years in a CTO, VP Engineering, or similar executive role
- Proven experience managing technology P&L;, budgets, and large engineering teams
- Solid background in Cloud, AI/ML, Data Platforms,



Enterprise Software, or Cybersecurity
- Experience leading digital transformation programs with measurable business outcomes
- Ability to engage with Boards, Investors, and Executive Leadership Teams

Preferred Experience:

Group/company-wide technology leadership

Technology commercialization, SaaS, or digital platforms

M&A; technology due diligence and integration

MBA or equivalent business qualification
