Since TikTok is not operational in India, this role focuses on driving advertising revenue from Indian advertisers/agencies who advertise on TikTok in international markets (e.g., Indian D2C brands, gaming, ed-tech, or app companies targeting US/UK/SEA/MENA audiences) as well as global advertisers and agencies who are serviced out of the Noida hub. The ideal candidate understands cross-border digital advertising, currency/billing nuances, and how brands allocate global ad budgets to platforms like TikTok.

This role is tailored for growth-driven sales professionals with a background in digital media, agency partnerships, or performance advertising. Know Media Sales & Agency Buying: You bring 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in digital ad-tech, agency partnerships, or media planning, and you understand how brands allocate paid media budgets.
Understand the Cross-Border Landscape: You know how to pitch to Indian advertisers expanding overseas (cross-border e-commerce, global app install/UA campaigns, gaming) or global accounts serviced remotely.
Speak the Language of Performance: You are fluent in digital metrics and commercial models—such as ROAS, CPA, CPI, CPL, and programmatic media buying.

pitching strategic solutions, and closing revenue targets.
Have a Relevant Network (Bonus): You hold active relationships with digital agencies, performance media buyers, or bring direct exposure to TikTok/Meta/Google international advertising.

Acquire Indian advertisers and agencies seeking to reach overseas audiences through TikTok.

- Build and manage relationships with global agencies and international advertisers serviced from the India office.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Coordinate with TikTok's international sales and operations teams on account servicing, compliance and campaign requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor platforms and new advertising opportunities to identify and develop current business.

An Ideal Candidate would be someone who understands how agencies buy digital media, has experience selling into international markets, and can build strong relationships with media buyers and advertisers to drive new business and recurring advertising revenue.
