What you'll do:

Ownthetopofthefunnel:Identifypotentialcustomersacrosssectorsandreachoutviacalls,LinkedIn,andemails.
Start meaningful conversations with CXOs, Founders, and Product Heads about transforming customer communication.
Qualify leads through discovery - understanding pain points,



decision making processes, and readiness to adopt.
Collaborate with the Account Executives to hand off well qualified opportunities and strategise outreach campaigns.
Experimentanditerateonmessaging,outreachsequences,andtoolstoimproveconversionrates.
Track,measure,andshareinsightsusingCRMtools(HubSpot/Salesforce).

You'll love this role if you:

Have2-8yearsofexperienceinB2Bsales/insidesales(preferablySaaSortech).
Enjoythethrillofoutbound-researchingaccounts,personalisingoutreach,andhearing'yes'afteraseriesof'no's'.
ArecuriousabouttechnologyandcanquicklylearnhowcommunicationAPIs,contactcentres,andautomationtoolswork.
Arecomfortablewithtargetsandusedatatoimproveyourapproach.
SpeakandwritefluentEnglish,andcancommunicatewithconfidenceandempathy.
