Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the IT hiring landscape, and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels to ensure timely feedback.





Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Manage multiple open positions and ensure timely closures within agreed timelines.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment.

Robust stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and hiring trends.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively under pressure.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
