We're looking for a Lead Product Designer who can help shape the next phase of our product journey and raise the bar for design across the organisation.

As a Lead Product Designer, you will own the design vision and experience for some of Scapia's most important product areas.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to solve complex customer problems, shape product strategy, and take ideas from 0→1 through launch and scale.
Own the design strategy and vision for key product areas.
Create simple, intuitive, and delightful experiences for complex customer problems.
Maintain a high bar for product thinking, interaction design, visual design, and craft.




Use customer insights, data, research, and experimentation to inform design decisions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product designers.
Partner with leadership on design hiring, team structure, and capability building.
8–12+ years of product design experience.

- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of product designers.
- Robust track record of building and shipping consumer-facing products.
- Strong product thinking and the ability to influence strategy beyond design execution.
- Excellent understanding of UX, interaction, visual design, and product craft.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing product thinking, craft, leadership, and shipped work.
